Key Qualifications:

Active Minnesota SLP license required Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in school settings, especially with preschool or early childhood special education (ECSE) populations Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to early childhood students ages 3-5 Perform student evaluations and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain thorough documentation and student records in compliance with district policies Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and foster developmental growth Provide 12 weeks of substitute coverage for a full-time SLP, beginning approximately September 7, 2026 through November 30, 2026 Work onsite three days per week (MondayFriday), totaling 22.5 hours weekly
