Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting young learners in an educational setting. This full-time contract role offers the chance to thrive in a vibrant school environment, focusing on early childhood through 4th grade students. The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with a consistent, school-year schedule of 40 hours per week. This position features a manageable caseload of 58 students utilizing a 3:1 service delivery model, allowing you to provide targeted interventions and group support while developing strong relationships with your students.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility Clinical Competence Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status Experience with early childhood and elementary-aged children strongly preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to students in early childhood and 1st-4th grades Implement IEP goals and document measurable progress Deliver services using a 3:1 model for optimal intervention and consultative support Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings, provide professional input, and develop creative, functional therapy goals Maintain timely, accurate records and progress notes per district and legal requirements Take the next step in shaping young minds in a dynamic school setting.
