Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract Soliant has an opening for an Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract assignment with a supportive school district in Minnesota. This role provides an opportunity to work with students in grades K-12 and help them develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success. New graduates and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations.
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic communication needs.
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based speech therapy practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
  • Clinical practicum experience accepted for new graduates.
Education:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
