Job Description

Holland Connections is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy provider. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our pediatric and young adult divisions in Mendota Heights and Minnetonka. Position Details:
Potential candidates will be responsible for evaluation, intervention planning and treatment for children and adults with various diagnoses.
Responsibilities will include:
Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and ASHA Certification Education and Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification Licensed by the
MN Department of Health Experience:
Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for speech and language carryover at home Ability to plan, organize, and manage time efficiently
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
