Qualifications:
Valid SLP license; eligible for Minnesota certification CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted Experience in school settings and with early childhood and elementary-aged students strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 58 early childhood and 1st-4th grade students Deliver direct and indirect speech-language interventions following a 3:1 model Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team
