e2137-65010 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in a school environment, providing crucial Speech-Language Pathology services to a pediatric population near Ashland, MO. This opportunity welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking for a full-time, on-site position with a supportive structure for travel professionals. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and students to foster communication development and help children reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable, organized, and committed to making a positive difference for students
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for students Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individual and group, addressing a range of communication needs Document progress, maintain thorough records, and complete required reporting on student outcomes Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support diverse learning needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students Educate and consult with staff and caregivers on strategies for generalization of therapy gains
