Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure prior to start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience with school-aged children, especially elementary students, preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work onsite as required (no remote/voco considerations)
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 elementary students, 2-3 days per week Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
