Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP (CFYs strongly encouraged to apply) Familiarity with school-based SLP practices preferred Strong communication and organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students—primarily early childhood and elementary, with some through 12th grade Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct and consultative therapy services Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Document progress, develop IEPs, and maintain compliance with school regulations
