What We're Seeking:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain for MO) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for supporting student achievement

Your Impactful Work Will Include:

Providing speech and language services to students with IEPs Developing and implementing weekly lesson plans Focusing instruction on IEP goals and tracking student progress Creating, implementing, and managing IEPs as a case manager Coordinating and leading meetings with IEP teams Active participation in PLC sessions, professional development, and program-wide initiatives Fulfilling arrival, dismissal, and other assigned duties
