Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Hold an active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license (CFY and CCC considered) Interest or experience in school-based and pediatric SLP services Background in teletherapy or healthcare settings a plus Willingness to guide and support students from diverse backgrounds Open to SLPAs with strong qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload across Early Childhood to 12th grade at a single school site Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, participating in team meetings and working closely with educators and families Document progress, develop individualized plans, and contribute to IEP processes Utilize both in-person and virtual tools to maximize student outcomes Benefit from paid indirect time and be part of a dynamic, student-focused team Enjoy a manageable schedule of 32.5 hours per week across four days (Tuesday-Friday), ensuring work-life balance, and participate in a meaningful assignment running from August 15, 2026, through May 21, 2027.
