e2137-65043 Job Description Help empower young learners and spark meaningful progress as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative educational setting near Holts Summit, MO. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in childrens lives while enjoying a supportive atmosphere designed for growth. Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, with travel SLPs warmly welcomed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure to practice as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered Background in pediatric services, with knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy best practices Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Your Role Will Include:
Conducting evaluations and assessments for pediatric students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to support student progress Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to IEP meetings Adapting therapy approaches to meet unique student needs in both individual and group settings
