e2138-65043 Job Description Make a meaningful impact by providing essential speech and language support to students near Holts Summit, MO. This full-time, on-site role is well-suited to Speech-Language Pathologists (including Clinical Fellows) with a passion for pediatric care. As a travel professional, youll have the chance to deliver services in a collaborative educational environment, helping students achieve their communication goals and enabling their academic success.
What were looking for:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility. Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and collaborate with educational professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff. Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines. Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the interdisciplinary team. Provide strategies and support to help students integrate improved communication skills into the classroom setting.
