School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Liberty, Missouri ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Liberty, MO Job Details Full-time | Contract 6 days ago Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in an innovative autism program! We're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, onsite assignment covering maternity leave. Help empower elementary-aged learners to reach their communication goals in a supportive school environment. This position runs from August 17, 2026, through September 4, 2026, with consistent hours from 9:00 AM to 4:40 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll collaborate with educators and join a dedicated special education team, making a direct impact on young students and their families.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active SLP license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience in school settings, particularly with autism programs, preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students within an autism program Evaluate students' speech/language abilities and develop IEPs tailored to individual needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Participate in team meetings and support broader special education initiatives Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
