Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract role for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students near Liberty, MO. This full-time opportunity will let you enhance communication skills and boost confidence for young learners in a supportive educational environment. Qualifications & Experience:
Current Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Proficiency with IEP documentation and progress tracking Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within school settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student accommodations Maintain thorough records and contribute to progress reports Implement evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs
