2026-2027 Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team environment in Neosho, Missouri for the 2026-2027 school year. We are scheduling interviews immediately. Travelers with active MO SLP Licenses or SLP Compact Member State Licenses are welcome to apply, and may qualify for travel stipends. Relocation bonuses may also be available for well-qualified candidates. •Should qualifiers be met. What You'll Do Provide engaging, direct therapy services to students consistently throughout the traditional school year. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student success. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all services provided. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Missouri SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply! Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
