Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience with pediatric populations, especially ages K12 Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various student needs and grade levels
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams Provide direct and consultative services tailored to caseload needs, from mild to profound Maintain progress records and participate in IEP meetings Work effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
