What You'll Do Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs Deliver evidence-based therapy services that support functional independence and quality of life Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and caregivers to coordinate care Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and families on treatment goals, strategies, and ongoing care needs Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe our team members deserve the same level of support and care they provide to others.
