What you bring:

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Ability to manage IEPs, evaluate student progress, and maintain documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to evolving student needs and schedules

preferred, though strong CFs will be considered Your core responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations according to school and state guidelines Keep clear, timely records and participate in IEP meetings Consult with parents, teachers, and other specialists to maximize student success Adapt therapy approaches to best suit varied student needs This contract role offers competitive compensation from $40 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
