As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll foster communication skills and promote student success through individualized and group therapy sessions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain) School-based experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Familiarity with a range of therapy techniques and assessment tools

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs Evaluate and assess student communication abilities and document progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' communication goals Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Offer strategies and resources to support classroom staff in fostering language development
