Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Mississippi. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered. Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is highly desired. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Ability to create individualized therapy plans and document progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech, language, or communication concerns. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring SLP support. Provide direct speech-language therapy services in line with students' goals and programs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff on student progress and intervention strategies. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and reports as required by school and regulatory standards.
