Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Active state SLP licensure or eligibility required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse K-12 population Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with educational goals Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting strategies to meet unique needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to optimize each child's progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards Enjoy a workplace that values your expertise and supports your career growth.
