Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and organization skills, ensuring clear documentation and progress tracking Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with IEP requirements Participate in IEP meetings and consultations with educators and family members Support students in developing their speech, language, and communication skills to achieve educational goals Incorporate creative, evidence-based strategies to engage and motivate students Enjoy working in a collaborative school setting where your expertise is valued and your role is pivotal in shaping students success.
