Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) making a direct impact in educational settings near Hickory Flat, MS. This role is contract-based, working full-time throughout the academic year, and is ideal for professionals committed to providing essential communication support for students. You'll be working primarily in-person across two areas and four schools, collaborating with school teams to serve a caseload of approximately 34 to 40 students. The positions are designed for those who thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment and are passionate about fostering communication skills that empower young learners. There may also be some flexibility for virtual service delivery if an SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) is available onsite to facilitate sessions.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Licensure as required by the state of Mississippi Prior experience in a school setting preferred Ability to collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable working across multiple sites Strong organizational and time management skills
