Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full school year contract, working in a supportive educational setting near Holly Springs, MS. We're currently seeking two talented professionals to provide in-person speech and language services across two areas, covering four schools and supporting students' growth and communication skills. While on-site presence is preferred, there may be consideration for virtual services if an SLPA can facilitate on campus.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Active state license to practice as an SLP Prior experience in school settings is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 34-40 students Flexible and collaborative mindset, with a passion for helping students reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy for students across four school sites Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Conduct assessments, track student progress, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights Stay current with best practices and relevant regulations in the field This role offers a unique chance to expand your professional skills while impacting students' lives in a meaningful way.
