) Chadwick Community Care Center We are currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our in-house rehab team. At Manhattan Community Care Center, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized care plans Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications:
