Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start) Background in pediatric care; experience with Early Childhood and Elementary populations a plus Confidence working independently and within multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation standards Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language interventions to assigned students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop and implement IEPs Adapt therapy techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs (moderate to profound) Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as required Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation
