This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a positive difference in pediatric populations. Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs, this role welcomes enthusiastic professionals ready to contribute their expertise and compassion.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure for SLP Either current ASHA CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Background or interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Willingness to work on-site and openness to travel assignments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy interventions to students with a range of communication needs, focusing on individualized education plans (IEP) Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans to help students achieve their speech and language goals Document services rendered, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for optimal student outcomes Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology Enjoy a work environment that values growth and professional fulfillment.
