Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Marks, MS. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade with diverse speech and language needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40-50 students. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication development. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.Qualifications:
Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 students. Strong assessment and intervention skills across a range of speech and language disorders. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and communicate well with families and educators.
