Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students during the 2026/2027 school year. This position is based in Philadelphia, Mississippi, within a school setting dedicated to fostering communication and language development in children.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Provide consultation and support to classroom staff as needed
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in school settings preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design and deliver individualized therapy plans
