Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to an educational setting where your skills will make a positive impact. In this contract opportunity, you'll work just 2-3 hours per week with a manageable caseload of 17 students, helping them develop critical communication abilities in a supportive school environment.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience working with school-aged children or in school settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize a small caseload efficiently Commitment to supporting students with diverse speech and language needs Key responsibilities include: Conducting speech-language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Providing direct therapy to students based on individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and timely progress reporting Participating in IEP meetings and offering professional input on students' speech-language needs With a limited time commitment each week and a focused caseload, this contract role offers an excellent opportunity for work-life balance while still allowing you to make a meaningful difference.
