Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility required Valid state licensure (or willingness to obtain Mississippi SLP licensure) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's educational success Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular progress reports Adhere to best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
