Qualifications Desired:
Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for Montana licensure) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred Recent experience working with school-age children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments of students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students' progress Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and federal guidelines Deliver engaging therapy sessions across multiple school sites as needed
