Key Qualifications:
Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Possess current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Maintain active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience or interest in pediatric practice within school environments
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff to develop targeted intervention strategies Participate in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation in line with school policies and state requirements Support the development of students social, academic, and emotional communication skills within both group and individual settings Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with licensure and certification standards
