Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Requirements and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Montana SLP license or eligibility for licensure Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 caseload preferred) Strong collaboration and communication abilities Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Ability to engage students using creative, evidence-based therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for a wide range of communication disorders within the K-12 setting Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success plans Educate and support teachers and families on strategies to facilitate communication skills Enjoy a professional environment that values your expertise and commitment to students.
