Job Summary Architect of Expression - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) We aren't just looking for a clinician; we are looking for a Voice Architect for students with exceptionalities. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients, including early intervention cases Develop personalized treatment plans targeting speech articulation, language comprehension, voice disorders, and social communication skills Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each child's needs Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support holistic patient development Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies to ensure optimal outcomes Educate caregivers on home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards Why FSEC? Requirements Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist from an accredited program and state licensure or registration where applicable Prior school experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to speech and swallowing disorders Experience conducting patient assessments and implementing effective speech therapy interventions Familiarity with early intervention programs and techniques for young children Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively Passion for patient care with a focus on improving communication abilities in pediatric populations Join us in transforming lives through impactful speech therapy!
