Required Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings (Early Childhood, Elementary, or broader school-aged populations) is highly desirable Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Committed to supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop targeted Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with a range of communication needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Maintain accurate records and meet federal, state, and district compliance requirements Engage families and educators in the therapeutic process and progress monitoring
