Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Laurel, MT. This contract position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, working 8 hours per day. The role involves providing speech-language support to students across grades K-12, focusing solely on IEP-related services, and supervising two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech-language pathology services aligned with students' IEP goals Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, tailoring interventions to meet unique needs Oversee and collaborate with two SLPAs to ensure effective service delivery Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with educators and families to support student progress
Desired Qualifications:
Current SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working within school settings serving K-12 populations Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to supervise support staff effectively Commitment to fostering a positive, student-centered learning environment
