Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility State licensure (or ability to obtain before the start date) Experience across pediatric populations, especially K12 Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services Offer guidance and education to families on communication development This position features competitive weekly pay with an hourly rate between $40 and $60, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching, ensuring both personal well-being and long-term financial security.
