Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist My Roar Speech Therapy Apex, NC Job Details Full-time From $65,000 a year 14 hours ago Benefits Wellness program Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Teamwork Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Clinical documentation Pediatrics Communication Sciences & Disorders Full Job Description Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time | Apex, NC My Roar Therapy is a small pediatric private practice in Apex, NC. We serve children with articulation, language, social communication, AAC, and neurodiverse profiles, and we take the work seriously. This is a boutique clinic, which means caseloads are intentional, families are known by name, and the therapists here are treated like the professionals they are. We are hiring because we are growing, and we are not willing to grow in a way that compromises the quality of care or the experience of the people delivering it. Compensation and Benefits Beyond base pay, there are real bonus opportunities tied to the work you do, both clinical performance and contributions to the clinic beyond your caseload.
Additional benefits include:
401(k) from day one Monthly wellness stipend Professional Development Allowance that grows with tenure and covers CEUs, ASHA dues, and licensure fees Up to 20 flexible paid days off plus 6 paid holidays depending on tenure What This Job Actually Looks Like Your caseload will be full but not overwhelming. You will have time to do good work. Documentation is paid time, not personal time. Leadership is accessible because this clinic is small enough that communication is actually possible. We are therapist-owned, which means the person running this clinic has sat in the same seat you are sitting in. The systems here were built by someone who knows what documentation fatigue feels like, what a hard family conversation feels like, and what it means to want to do this work well without burning out in the process. As we grow, there are real opportunities to move into mentorship, program development, and clinical leadership for therapists who want that. We promote from within and we invest in the people who invest in this place. Who We Are Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active North Carolina SLP license or current eligibility
ASHA CCC
preferred, Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Strong clinical reasoning and genuine comfort communicating with families Someone who cares about inclusion and representation in pediatric care A clinician who is intentional about where they work, values team culture, and wants to grow alongside a mission-driven practice rather than simply fill a position That last point is worth sitting with. My Roar is a good fit for people who have a standard for their workplace and take culture seriously. If that describes you, we would genuinely like to meet you. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Provide individualized, strengths-based therapy across a range of pediatric diagnoses Collaborate with families as active partners in the process Complete timely documentation in Jane EMR Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment Contribute to a growth-oriented clinic culture by communicating proactively, problem-solving as a team, and supporting clinic operations as needed within a small business environment Uphold ASHA Code of Ethics and My Roar Therapy values We are looking for clinicians who are adaptable, collaborative, and invested in being part of something bigger than themselves. Growth sometimes requires flexibility, teamwork, initiative, and a willingness to help solve problems together. We value people who communicate clearly, take ownership, support their teammates, and want to actively contribute to the kind of clinic they would be proud to grow with long term. We read every application personally. My Roar Therapy, PLLC | Apex, NC | myroartherapy.com | 919-355-2233
