Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Experience the rewarding impact of supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist working full-time at an elementary school near the scenic surroundings of Black Mountain, NC. This contracted opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in students' communication and language development. Step into this dynamic role, working Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, for the 2026-2027 academic year (August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027). You'll collaborate with a vibrant educational team, providing essential services to a caseload of approximately 43 elementary-aged students.

Desired Qualifications:

Active North Carolina SLP license strongly preferred CCC-SLP certification highly desirable Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings Familiarity with school-based IEP procedures and compliance Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families
