Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping patients regain communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills to improve their quality of life. Position Summary The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role works across outpatient and acute care settings, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy interventions for patients across the lifespan Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science & Disorders Current North Carolina licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) BLS certification through American Heart Association Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Join Us?
