May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Liberty Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adults with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You'll deliver person-centered care, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality, outcomes-focused programs that support behavioral health and complex populations in partnership with public-sector agencies.
