Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract A full-time contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school-based and pediatric settings, including telespeech and teletherapy services. This role supports students in educational environments and requires delivering high-quality speech-language services remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Provide therapy through telepractice and in-person sessions, adapting to the needs of pediatric clients. Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and clinical guidelines. Support students during the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable, ensuring professional growth and development.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings. Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring. Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology.
Location:
This contract position primarily serves schools in Fairfield and Swan Quarter, North Carolina. This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation within the range of $40 to $49 per hour. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate the demands of school calendars and therapy caseloads.
