Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Farmville, NC, focused on providing specialized therapy services within an elementary school setting. This contract position offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, aligning with school hours from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. The role involves working with a caseload of approximately 50 students from Pre-K through 5th grade, each presenting a variety of communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations as required Manage caseload across two school sites at one location for four days and another location for one day per week Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop effective intervention plans Maintain detailed and accurate student records in compliance with educational guidelines

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid CCC-SLP certification Experience working as an SLP in school-based or pediatric settings Expertise in pediatric communication disorders and assessment tools Ability to handle a diverse caseload and provide personalized therapeutic approaches Strong communication and teamwork skills within an educational environment
