This role runs from August 5, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week and a manageable caseload of 45-50 students. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid SLP license and the ability to practice in North Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments Familiarity with using teletherapy platforms and supporting remote or hybrid learning environments Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with general and special education staff to support each student's needs Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring accessibility for all students on caseload Participate in parent conferences, IEP meetings, and staff training sessions Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary This contract allows for a stable, school-year schedule and the unique rewards of helping students reach their communication potential.
