Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity making a positive impact on students' lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, on-site contract position offers an engaging and supportive environment where your expertise truly matters. The assignment runs from August through early June, perfectly aligning with the academic calendar.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active North Carolina SLP License (provided documentation required) North Carolina DPI SLP License in good standing Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP credential preferred In-depth experience with the ECATS platform is essential Previous work in school-based settings highly valued Proficiency with Infinite Campus is a plus Candidates must be comfortable working fully on-site; remote or SLPA roles are not available at this time
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs. Deliver direct speech and language therapy in accordance with identified student goals. Accurately complete documentation using ECATS and maintain clear records in Infinite Campus. Provide ongoing consultation and support to fellow educators and families to ensure continuity and success in student progress. Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress reporting as needed throughout the school year.
