Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license or eligibility as an SLP Prior experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities Dedication to fostering learning and social development in children

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct intervention services to students with speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for each student Offer consultation and resources for staff and parents, promoting inclusive classroom practices
