Our therapists travel to clients and work in natural community-based settings (school, home, daycare, etc.), as well as our office locations, on a one-to-one basis at a frequency dependent on client needs. Additionally, we also offer teletherapy support for all clients. Our Promise To reduce burnout in our field by giving clinicians opportunities to grow and have flexibility and input in their roles and the trajectory of the company while helping as many clients as we can. Therapists are encouraged to express and pursue their interests and maintain a regular but flexible schedule suited to meet their needs. We hire employees as W-2 pay per visit.
