A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

All About Therapy is actively seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We're expanding the ways therapists can work with us and are now open to flexible part-time schedules for SLPs. This may be a great fit if you're looking to supplement another position, want fewer days per week, are returning to the workforce, or simply want a pediatric role that provides more flexibility. We have part-time availability in our Raleigh clinic as well as seeing kids in schools, daycares and homes. We are a locally owned, therapist-led pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17. Why Join All About Therapy Flexible part-time scheduling Ability to discuss the days and hours that work best for you Established and growing pediatric caseload Therapist-led clinical environment Dedicated administrative and scheduling support Experienced and accessible clinical leadership Collaborative OT and SLP team Ongoing mentorship and professional development Opportunity to increase hours over time if desired What You'll Do Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in our Raleigh clinic or homes and schools Complete evaluations and standardized assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-informed treatment addressing communication, language, articulation, feeding and other pediatric needs Partner with parents and caregivers to support carryover Monitor progress and update goals as appropriate Maintain timely and compliant documentation Collaborate with occupational therapists and other members of the clinical team
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license
Preferred:
Pediatric speech-language pathology experience Experience with articulation, receptive/expressive language, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding or related pediatric needs Strong communication and organizational skills

This is a part-time clinic-based opportunity, and we are open to discussing a variety of schedules. Pay:
$45.00 - $68.00 per hour
