Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract In this rewarding contract position, you'll have the opportunity to support elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the full 2026/2027 school year. Bring your expertise to a vibrant educational setting, collaborating with dedicated staff while making a meaningful impact in students' communication skills. You'll work with a diverse elementary caseload, providing tailored support to help young learners thrive academically and socially. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Creative problem-solver who is adaptable and supportive
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students on an assigned caseload Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments Participate in IEP meetings, consult with staff, and offer guidance on communication development Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions and measure outcomes Enjoy peace of mind with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
